ABOUT ME

Filip Trajanovski (aka Filip Jonathan) is a UK-based producer, composer, and vocalist known for bold, melodic music that blends pop, R&B, and cinematic influences. With roots in Serbia and a background in jazz vocal performance and audio production, he has built a reputation for crafting melody-driven musical ideas with modern production styles, often weaving homages to the pop and R&B sound of the ’90s and early 2000s.

Some of Filip’s credits include a Number 1 single in Serbia (“ALI ALI”) with Sashka Yanx and a Song of the Month nomination for “Sori Not Sori.” His recent productions—“Toxic Love” by Goldé, “Monae,” and “Can’t Get Enough of Your Love” by Chanay—showcase his evolving sonic identity, defined by powerful vocals, harmony-rich arrangements, and genre-fluid storytelling. Alongside his work with other artists, Filip released his EP New Folklore Vol. 1, combining traditional Balkan influences with contemporary sound.

Beyond artist releases, he has contributed to major regional projects, including The Rhythm of Europe, and has produced music for various children’s festivals. His creative versatility spans vocal arranging, studio singing, vocal and piano coaching, and composing for media.

Now working from his home studio in the UK, Filip continues to collaborate with clients globally, building records that balance musicality, emotion, and modern production.
